The facilities were good but the kitchen was lacking Cookware and basic cooking essentials. Remotes for the TV's did not work, They removed soiled towels daily but did not replace them with clean ones. Ran out of toilet paper. When we called the staff they were less than helpful and we had to go to the front desk to get anything we needed.

The property is a great location for convenience but they are not maintaining the property. Stains in the walkway, cigarette buts all over the walkway, doors were dirty. Inside the room was spacious but they were not cleaned well, the sheets were dirty, towels were dingy, and the room was stinky. They were going to move us to a new room but wasn't much better. The property manager needs to do better because this could be so much better. I wont stay here again

Called receptionist just to double check where breakfast was located because I was new to this hotel and since it was an apartment style hotel complex. I asked a simple question of “Where do I go to get breakfast?” And they kept saying “ma’am breakfast closes at 10am”. I called at 9:10am. So I was confused since I asked for location not time, but she kept only repeating “breakfast closes at 10am and angrier each time. And I asked one more time where breakfast was, and she finally answers “the lobbyyy?!?!?” In a very rude way. I did not speak to her rudely at all until after she said this. She then asked “anything else” and I said “clearly not from you”. Whoever this staff was completely set the tone of my day to a bad start and shifted my perspective on this property. This could have been an easy 30 second conversation, but only left a sour taste to the experience. Also did not have extra blankets for the pull out sofa, no hairdryer, and stains on some of the bedding. These things could have been overlooked if not for the rude service that was received unprovoked. I usually never make reviews but I have never received such rudeness before. Whoever was working the call at 9am on 10/19, I hope karma finds you.
