The hotel was very clean, and the breakfast was good. I appreciated the 25$ incidental fee, other places are 100 or more. They were accomodating and understanding about my id and sevuce animal.

We had to wait to check in in order for the clerk to finish her personal call on her cellphone while sitting at the front desk. Also, there was barely any hot water. I took a cold shower, in December. There are a lot of similar hotel options in the area. Do yourself a favor and choose one of those.

Our stay was wonderful! We pulled into Allen bone tired, and the hotel was great. The room was spotless, and the little touches were wonderful. The bed was soft and comfortable, and I had no problems, even with my back issues. The breakfast was yummy as well!

Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast good. Coffee always lukewarm. Table legs very shakey. Unsafe to put anything on it. Chair adjusters broken. Chair difficult to sit on. Great room, great price. You should have a change machine or stock change for laundry room. No one carries a coffee can of change to feed your pricey machines.

Room seemed like the kind you rent by the hour. Dirty broken stuff in bathroom. Noisy old AC. Biggest issue was there was food all over the hallway floor both nights we stayed there. All staff were nice and helpful.
