Pretty good stay, but shower was an issue

My family (husband, two teenage sons, and myself) stayed here for an overnight trip to Dallas. Staff were friendly and rooms were clean. Around 9:30 pm my son went to go take a shower and the shower head wouldn’t work. My husband went to the front desk to see if they could fix it or move us to another room. We were told they were booked solid, but someone could come fix it around 10:30-11:00. My husband came back to the room and worked on it himself because we were all tired. He got enough pressure to come out for our sons to take a shower that night. We called front desk to cancel the service, so we could go ahead and get ready for bed instead of waiting. Around 10:45 they did call to make sure we didn’t need help still, which I thought was nice. Shower head still worked the next morning but pressure wasn’t great for removing conditioner from hair. They did have Dove products, which was nice. Breakfast was good and the parking lot appeared safe. No issues outside of the shower.

We had a great stay. The website offered a heated pool. Now the inside room the pool was located was very warm but the pool water was very cold. Our boy last about 15-20 minutes

Originally supposed to book here but ended up cancelling due to payment issues because they don't accept cash, chime or cash app but they don't tell you that until you get there to check in and the black woman at the front desk (don't know her name) was really rude and immediately accused me and my friend of being under 21 and suspicious. I wouldn't recommend this place at all
