No coffee????

No cream for coffee in the room. Only 3 coffee pods for 2 people. Not enough towels for 2 people to begin with even though the reservation was for 2 people. Housekeeping never entered the room and I had to request and pick up fresh towels upon arriving back to the room in the evening. Most importantly: no self serve coffee bar in the lobby! Who doesn’t have that? All the other Holiday Inns I have stayed at in Texas and Louisiana keep a self serve coffee bar at the ready 24/7. I will be returning to Garland once a month for the foreseeable future but will not stay there again for this reason alone.

The rooms were awful and smelled of some kind of odor. Lights in these rooms were so dim you could not read or out make up on. Just worse exsperienxe ever. Really would love to have at least all or half my money back. could not sleep at all last night. heat not air was working properly. Thank you kindly.
