Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
The overall aesthetic of the hotel was ok.
However, when we got to our room and settled in for the night, we realized our bed was wet. As though someone had poured water on the mattress.
At first, I was understanding as they could have simply tried to clean the mattress and it didn't dry. I called the front desk and requested a different room, to which I was promptly answered with a "No, we are over booked as it is and have no more rooms." When I asked to speak with the night manager, I was told I would have to go downstairs to the desk.
I complied with the request. The night manager stated they would have to actually see the bed. So, back upstairs we went. They examined the bed and stated they had no clue why the bed was wet or what it was.
They then confirmed, very dismissively, that there were no other rooms available. They brought clean bedding, plopped it down on the bed and said they had other people to take care of. I slept on the couch bed.
No offer of restitution.
I will not be returning to this hotel.
