Upon Arrival I Was Not Greeted The Over Night Clerk Was Not Customer Service Friendly The First Room Smelly. Dirty. Leaking. Stains. Hot. No Working Phone 615 I Believe Went And Told Her Everything She Pretended Like She Was Concerned And Writing Everything Down Little Did I Know She Wasn’t Worried About Anything I Had To Say Gave Me A Different Room 628 That Room Hair In The Shower Toilet Wasn’t Cleaned And The Room Tag Was Barely Hanging On Called For A Refund They Rejected It Manager Never Called Me Back And Whomever Took My Call Very Rude All In All I Would Never Recommend This Hotel Horrible Experience First Time Ever Having An Experience Like This

This property is nice and clean. I had the pleasure of meeting a front desk clerk name Shonelly. She was very pleasant always greeted guest with a smile coming in the door. I would recommend a stay here.
