The facilities need maintenance AC very noisy and not working, lighting fixtures don't work, kitchen areas need light fixtures, rooms very dark. Beds good, but all the "updates" are cosmetic only, not to the comfort of the area. For the price it was ok.

Flight to Dallas was cancelled due to bad weather. Called to cancel my room, they said they would be happy to refund but since I booked with Expedia I had to cancel with Expedia, talked to Expedia and they said the hotel was refusing a refund. Someone’s full of it and I’m out $90 👍

It’s a dated property with old carpet. The room is very small. The bathroom extremely small. Bed mattress and pillows not comfortable at all. The pillows were lumpy. Not an experience I expected of a Quality Inn room or facility
