The carpet in the room smelled damp, like it was wet, and it gave off a strong odor. The staff member at the front desk seemed careless and more focused on her phone than assisting guests. I had to check in while she was on a personal call. As I was leaving, I asked if I needed a parking permit, and she responded with “of course,” as if I should have known already. Later, I returned to request extra pillows and blankets since there were four of us and we had paid extra for them. She told me she didn’t know where they were. I asked how I could find out or who I should speak to, and she said she would call her manager. She made a call, asked for my room number, and told me someone would bring them within 15–20 minutes. However, we never received the pillows or blankets.

I'm very upset they stop serving hot breakfast.. I had to go out every morning to get a hot breakfast... They need to change to Continental breakfast and not hot breakfast on the website..The bread/muffin looked old need to change daily.. Imma have to stay somewhere else with a hot breakfast.

Pre travel near airport

Great hotel for pre and post travel. Inexpensive but decent. Nothing fancy but all the required to sleep/shower. No bells & whistles but front desk pleasant, and offers breakfast. Been using them for years.
