Very spacious room. Kitchenette has everything we would need for a longer stay (stove, refrigerator, pots and pans, and plates and cutlery, even a can opener!) and everything is very clean. Friendly desk clerk, easy parking, very quiet.

The suite was nice, but the jerk that was at the front desk hung up on us when we called about the elevator not working. So we called Corporate. They told us to go to the front desk and ask for the manager, no manager available, this is a Saturday, we asked for the managers number, but he said we couldn't call her. So we picked up the business card from the desk for the jerks boss. She was basically rude also, but did tell us to call Expedia and Corporate again. They finally decided to give us a refund for that night. We also went down to the front desk to talk to jerk again to tell him that we couldn't get our door open because a screw was loose and jammed side ways which made it hard to open, once again this man was such a jerk, said he would put in a work order. They showed up Sunday when we were checking out to fix it. They need to fire that man that is the only one left to run their hotel, that is not even a manager, just a front desk check in clerk, won't ever stay at a Sonesta again.

The hotel did not honor my reservation from Expedia and forced my underage kids to stay in a room by themselves. I ordered a 2br suite, when we arrive they said they over booked and didn’t have the 2br available. They made us get two separate rooms which was not close to each other so my kids had to sleep down the hall in a separate room. The manager Dj and the assistant manager was rude and didn’t care about their mistake. I asked the assistant manager for help and she was rude and said deal with it. I would not recommend this property because they do not honor Expedia reservation. They make up they own rooms based on the availability not the reservation

DO NOT BOOK HERE. We arrived and as soon as we entered the building there was a horrible stench of raw onion with humidity everywhere. We entered the room and the smell was so intense I went back and asked for a different room. We got moved to a new room but the smell was still there. Every morning we walked out the smell was everywhere. I went with my kids and my deposit was tied up there already so we had to stay but it was so intense I never want to go back. We also went down to have breakfast every day we were there hoping there would be variation of options yet the same thing was served, scrambled eggs, sausage, there was a small section of bagel bread and milk water and juice. That’s it.. been to many other Sonesta hotels with a vast amount of food options during breakfast where they rotate the menu. We also pulled out the couch mattress for my kids to sleep on, only to find brown stains and hair everywhere. The pillows smelled so foul. This place really lacks on cleanliness. I asked the cleaning lady when she would go in to clean and she said she only cleans each room once a week. Truly disappointing, never ever booking here again.
