I arrived at night and went to do my laundry. The receptionist sold me detergent but failed to inform me that the dryer was not working. I only found out after washing my clothes. As a result, I had to carry wet clothes to a nearby laundromat. I did not receive a refund for the detergent or for the dryer, even though it was unusable, simply because I paid by card. The experience was extremely inconvenient and disappointing.

The room was clean. I thought it was a queen bed but it was a double bed. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I didn’t have room in my room, maintenance came within five minutes and I was in another room right away. The breakfast could’ve been better, it was simple, (bagel, cereal, boiled eggs, instant oatmeal and old expired fruit. I was at least expecting waffles with breakfast meats or scrambled eggs but there was no hot meal. The coffee tasted old no matter how much sweetener you add to it. Other than that, the stay was ok. I’d stay again if the breakfast options get better.. and shoutout to maintenance and the night front desk lady, yall did a great job accommodating me

When I arrived the staff was nice and polite but when i got in my room there was bugs in the window I called frontdesk they did put me into another room but that room also had bugs and the soap dispenser was on the floor. Also, I left my room to get food and I returned and my key card did not work the house keeper had to let me in my room I called downstairs a few times to address the issue no response so since I was leaving the next day I let it go.

The room was good easy access to the elevator which was good. Free breakfast ok was just expecting something different. The fitness center was looking forward to a bit more. Having to call in to get room service was a first. Overall was good hotel.

I had to be moved twice when I checked in. The first door didn't lock and the second room was filthy. The management was really good about it so I let it go...even extended my stay when I secured more business in town. However, on my final night I saw a bed bug in my bed and ended up leaving at 2am having to drive 5 hours home.
