I feel the property is due for renovation and carpet replacement. Also, the older gentleman at the front desk was really rude to several customers. I did not interact with him but I watched how he treated other customers.

Called to make sure pool and hot tub were open. Manager said “yes and they’re functioning properly” when we got there he informed us that the hot tub was “just lukewarm”. The entire point of staying at this location was for the indoor pool and hot tub. The pool was ice cold and not usable because of that. The hot tub was pointless. It was like a bath. The breakfast was decent. Location decent. Bed was comfy but the pillows were completely flat. Not fun for two people to share three flat pillows.

The hotel is easy to get to just off the 35E and is not far from Dallas city centre. There are plenty of free parking spaces at the hotel. The room was very good with a modern interior, comfortable beds, good TV and a nice modern bathroom. The room included a fridge, microwave and the USB charging points next the bed were useful. There are laundry facilities and a fitness centre at the hotel also. The hot food at breakfast was disappointing. There are plenty of seats in the dining area. A good hotel which I would recommend.

The bed was comfortable, the pillows were awful. The couch was dirty, needed to sit on a towel. Bad smell throughout the hotel, like floral covering up something bad. A lot of freeway noise. The AC worked surprisingly well.

Customer service was the worse. The guy during check in was acting like we have to pay money for his words. He bearly spoke when we ask question. He gave us room but room smell very bad so i asked him to change another room he did change the room but he bearly said any words at all. Breakfast was poor. I liked the area near by downtown.
