There was mold in the bathroom shower area around the tub. The shuttle service to the Airport was different. The driver spent the entire trip on the phone on a personal call. Seemed unprofessional as well as distracting.

The hotel wasn’t the cleanest or most up to date. There was a long hair stuck in the door hinge in the bathroom along with hair stuck to the shower wall. There was a number related to a measurement written in sharpie on the shower wall & stains on one of the comforters on the bed. One of the tables in the room had paint and chips of the wood missing from it. The shower head was covered in scum & the blue plumbers tape was exposed on the pipe coming out of the wall. There was also stains in the counter. We got a double queen room and it only came with two towels and two washcloths. Would not recommend.

I didn't like that there was mold on the a/c vent and in the tub. The toilet seat was broken. House keeping did not change the sheets or make the bed. They also replaced the towels with one of each kind and there was multiple people staying there. We called downstairs for more and never recieved them until we went to go get them ourselves. The staff at the front desk was rude and always more concerned with whomever was on the phone then the guest standing in front of them.
