Very Nice Place, Excellent Front Desk Staff!

I have to say that the staff at this hotel (minus housekeeping) are the absolute best that I have encountered in a long time and we travel ALOT. When I pulled up to the hotel i was surprised that there wasn't really much of a lobby area but honestly, It wasn't needed. The rooms are very nicely appointed and I love that there was tile on the floor instead of cheap vinyl or carpet. The rooms are modern and I really enjoyed the outdoor space and a Heated Pool WHAATTTT, so enjoyable. It's pet friendly so we were able to bring along our pup and he was welcomed in all areas, except on the beach where apparently you'll get ticketed fyi. The walls are thick so you don't hear any noise from the outside coming in. Beds are comfy and the in room complimentary coffee was actually pretty good. The only negative that I could mention is that the housekeeper should pay closer attention to detail; there were little hand prints on the entry wall and in the bathroom, baseboards were dusty and the rug that lays between the beds definitely hasn't been washed in months or longer. Other than that, excellent place to stay and relatively affordable.

Amazing! Just amazing!

I was very apprehensive about staying in a room with outside doors for the first time, but this place is one of a kind. The price is not only great but the view is amazing. The staff is extremely friendly and willing to help you navigate the best local food places to try. The outdoor space gives you east access to the beach or just a spot to sit and read a book and watch the sunrise. Housekeeping did an amazing job giving us extra towels and even folded our blankets from home. I cannot say greater things about this hotel!

This is our 2nd stay in 2 weeks. They did a very good job remodeling the hotel. Everything was clean and tidy and the Nespresso machine was a classy touch (between the larger pods need a large cups- today user error). The pool was warmer than we like for those hot Florida days, but the ocean is nice and cool. Staff was so attentive, my husband put the do not disturb sign up not knowing we needed the floors swept (it’s sandy duh the beach is right there) and we called the front desk and they sent someone to clean the whole room. No complaints. Try the Cracked Egg for breakfast and lunch it’s right across the street. We got Jett’s pizza delivered, it is true deep dish style pizza-so yum. We will be back.

I liked the atmosphere, and modern look of the Ambros Hotel. I would have been happier had the shower door be3n a full one. The water goes all over the floor. I also had no insstructions on hoe to use the coffee maker. But the room was nice, and clean, the beds were comfortable, and the a/c nice and cold.befil

Very nice experiance

Nicely remodeled motel, exceptionally clean. Price was very competitive with older, run down motels in the area. Well worth spending the few extra dollars for the experience. Staff was both helpful and friendly. The manager introduced himself and asked if our stay was good and asked if we needed anything more to make our experiance better. Check in and check out was both very efficient and quick. The pool and deck were comfortable and clean. Pool was nice. Beach access was excellant. My son lives in the area and I will definitely consider returning to the Ambros when visiting with him.

Ambros was amazing! I will definitely stay here again! The staff was super friendly, the rooms were nice and clean, and comfortable beds! We brought our dogs with us and were placed on a first-floor room which was super convenient. My only complaint about my pups was the closet grass to walk them to was across the street from the hotel, which is not their fault, but something to keep in mind if traveling with pets. The bathrooms were spacious, there is direct beach access, and the pool was super clean and the perfect temperature.

The person at the front desk, Matheo (sorry if the name isn't correct), was very kind. He helped us and gave us suggestions, which were all right. The room was very nice, even had a kitchen. We had a good experience. We would stay again.
