Only stayed one night but it was a lovely place to stay. The homemade donuts were yummy. The views from the room were gorgeous. Would like to come back and experience all the property has to offer.

Everything was great up until we took our shower and were in ankle deep water. Maintenance came but could not fix the clogged drain. Maintenance came back the next day twice to fix. Felt we waited all day in the room for an unclogged drain.

So Disappointed

The first cpl of days were ok. We reserved a cottage for 7 nights. Check-in was delayed by 45 minutes. We had a great view of the ocean. I had to request a coffee pot because the one in the room was filthy. The one I was given in replacement was even worse. We were not aware that the last days of our stay a party was scheudled at the resort. Parties are great, but not just outside my door. There were people not registered at the hotel everywhere outside where we were. VERY loud live music for hours into the night for two nights. Intoxicated people were everywhere being very loud. When I really wanted to just relax, there was no way at all to. When I asked the front desk about it they were a bit rude and stated it was Jeep Week and it was part of the event. I was there for Jeep Week, but the party at the hotel was not an official jeep week event as I consulted the scheduled every day. We were never made aware this was happening at the resort until it started. Parking was taken by people that were not guests of the hotel, even parking on the grass. While it started out ok, it ended very disappointingly. I'll absolutely be looking for another place to stay for next year's Jeep Beach Week.

Excellent view in the oceanfront efficiency. The kitchen was a plus to cook dinner for the family. Property had plenty of staff cleaning and picking up garbage to keep the property in a beautiful state!

Our room was very good but the outside of the resort needs a lot of work.There is no water hose bib to wash your feet off when you come off beach.You end up with sand I your room every day.

This review is from the eyes of anyone using a walker, rollator, or a wheelchair. When you book a vacation at a hotel on the beach featuring two outdoor pools, you would expect to be able to sit near or in those pools. Ironically, there is a chair lift at one of the outdoor pools, but there is no ramp to get us to either of the pools. They only have stairs to get to the outdoor pools. When I asked about this, we were told that there is access to the indoor pool. That’s nice, but if you are visiting the ocean, you want to sit near it…not indoors. At least that’s my opinion. Why have a lift to get you in and out of the pool…but no ramp to get you TO the pool to be able to use it?! It makes no sense. The walkways are also very narrow. My wheelchair is a narrow one and just fit the walkway. But, if you have a wider wheelchair as many people do, they would not be able to negotiate the walkway. The employees were very kind and caring. I don’t hold my aforementioned comments towards any of the staff…those comments are meant for the owners. There is a lawsuit just waiting to happen. On the evening of Tuesday, April 22,2025, I took a spill near the elevators on the fifth floor of the south tower. I tripped and fell. I had to go to the emergency room to make sure that I didn’t break any bones. The tile there is cracked and uneven. I am guessing that my cane caught onto a crack and I fell. I can’t say that for sure because it happened so fast, but I know that I tripp

I did not receive any perks for staying here and i reached out to the property prior to check in twice. There was plenty of availability for the upgrade and late check out. To which staff lied stating the hotel was sold out therefore they could not honor any of my requests. Which was not true at all. Then to top it off they did not even give me the free drink coupons. My first booking as a gold member was super underwhelming. The floor was sandy, the shower had a glass door missing and a shower curtain to replace the one missing door. So half door half curtain. Which water got all over the floor. No dish soap or ice box liner and no cable. Most all NO VIEW! It was claustrophobic. I am very disappointed with my stay as it was my 20th anniversary and it was nit anything what i expected. I want my money back!!!

Sure, here’s a review you could use or adapt for a review site: ⸻ Disappointing Stay – Needs Serious Attention I rarely leave negative reviews, but this hotel really missed the mark. The property is in desperate need of updates, real cleaning, and actual repairs—not just surface fixes. There appeared to be mildew on the walls and ceiling that seemed to have been painted over rather than properly treated, which is concerning for health and cleanliness. Only one elevator was functioning during our entire stay, which was frustrating and caused long wait times. The pool area wasn’t much better—the chairs were visibly dirty and didn’t appear to have been cleaned in some time. The balcony was also disappointing; both the railing and floor left our hands and feet dirty after just a short time outside. Overall, the lack of maintenance and cleanliness really took away from the experience. I would not return or recommend this hotel until significant improvements are made.
