The grounds beach side are under construction and getting to the beach is a challenge Once this is completed it will be great The room is large and comfortable Wonderful room for the price

The girl at the front desk was not friendly and you could tell she would have rather been anywhere else, but she got the job done efficiently none the less. The parking is very tight, granted we were in a F-350, but even if we were in any other truck or regular size SUV it would have been just as tight; it was workable though. The room was great! Clean and tidy. Warm indoor pool and hot tub. Would definitely return in the future!

Very clean, very friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful indoor pool. Delicious homemade donuts. The area behind the hotel, to the beach, is under construction at present. I am sure it will be lovely when they finish. I will go back.

RESORT FEE? REALLY!?

Grounds are torn up. Dirt everywhere (outside)and no grass anywhere! No previous warnings of extensive landscaping going on! Pool closed and locked. Worst of all, despite the deficiencies described above, this property has the audacity to charge a RESORT FEE, which was not specified until sign in. We would NOT be reserving here again. (The unit itself that we rented was okay and the staff were fine) It is Management that should take a hard look at their procedures and policies.

The property looks like it's been renovated. Nice indoor pool for colder days. Very clean Highly satisfied with the room Only the elements of the stove seemed under powered and took a long time to heat water. Maybe a kettle would help. Dishes and cutlery waa available with cooking utensils. Soap and body wash was pleasant smelling

Fire code violation

They were under heavy construction. No mention of this on the hotels.com profile. Was provided a room that was outside the courtyard on the exterior of the proprtyon thr most western aspect of the property.. Had set of external doors on the second level that required room key entry. The 1st level entry doors were lock as a result of construction. If there was a fire we would have to penetrate the entry of the courtyard and walk through the hotels pool and courtyard to exit through east exit doors. We walked away from the hotel after requesting a refund. We were treated very poorly. We would still like a refund. Attached are supportive images. I have a vide as well. Apparently the photo upload feature on this platform is not functioning

Great room and beds for a resort showing its age.

Even though the building/property are definitely showing their age on the exterior, the renovated interior was nice. The beds are super comfy. It will be nice when they get the storm repairs done on the oceanfront amenities.

The outside of the property needed some upgrades, but they were working hard on the beachfront side, and I assume some of that was from the hurricane. The interior of the rooms were updated and clean. The staff was very friendly. I would stay here again.

Never ever again

When I booked with Hotels.com I left a comment saying that I didn’t want to be on the 1st floor for security reasons. So when I get there of course I was given a room on the bottom floor. Not only that it was on the outside facing the beach, very little lightening. Everything was under construction so at 8am I was woken up by hammers and all kinds of equipment with a bunch of men yelling. So not only did I not feel safe I couldn’t even sleep in. When I spoke with the manager on duty about my concerns I was brushed off. I was told because I booked through a third party that my request wasn’t mentioned and for an additional 25 dollars plus text I could upgrade. They totally ignored the fact that I asked not to be exactly where they put me. As far as the construction he said that there was no where on site that I wouldn’t hear the noise. He pretty much said suck it up. I told him that he might as well get ready for my review. He said ok 👍. About an hour later I received a call from them saying they had found a room for me at no cost. The rooms were nicely decorated and clean. The pictures online isn’t what you will see at this time. Also there was no access to the beach that looked safe. Everything was taped off saying danger etc. Parking sucked as well. I will never visit this place again.
