This review is from the eyes of anyone using a walker, rollator, or a wheelchair. When you book a vacation at a hotel on the beach featuring two outdoor pools, you would expect to be able to sit near or in those pools. Ironically, there is a chair lift at one of the outdoor pools, but there is no ramp to get us to either of the pools. They only have stairs to get to the outdoor pools. When I asked about this, we were told that there is access to the indoor pool. That’s nice, but if you are visiting the ocean, you want to sit near it…not indoors. At least that’s my opinion. Why have a lift to get you in and out of the pool…but no ramp to get you TO the pool to be able to use it?! It makes no sense. The walkways are also very narrow. The employees were very kind and caring. I don’t hold my aforementioned comments towards any of the staff…those comments are meant for the owners. There is a lawsuit just waiting to happen.
