Hot tub was great, very hot and relaxing. The room could have been updated and cleaned more recently. Had bugs on ceilings, some cobwebs and one of the blinds was not working, we had to hang a towel over the window. we reported it twice, but no one ever responded. But a decent stay overall.

When we arrived, the dishwasher was loaded but not ran. Not a big deal. I thought I was requesting one bedroom on the main level and one upstairs. Both bedrooms and bathrooms were upstairs. The layout of the living room and kitchen were great.

The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. The location was further from Canmore than I had thought. Jets did not work on hot tub. Our unit needed some upgrading. Dining chairs had peeling/ripped seats. Kitchen was not well equipped. Can opener did not work, no spatula, skillet was broken.

The property is really nice, and in a good location. It’s just not maintained very well. The unit we were in had so much mold on the shower curtain, that it was stuck together on the bottom. Dishes were also all dirty. Lots of scuffs, dents, and scrapes on the doors and walls. The public spaces were nice. Underground parking, games room, and courtyard areas are all great

This was a very cute condo unit. The unit was well outfitted with a seperate bedroom and a kitchen. Our big issue was on this nice property with views of the mountains, we had the one unit with a view of a garbage dumpster. Why they would put the dumpster in the front of the property right in front of one of one of the unit windows is beyond me. Not only did it block out half the view but it was also noisy as the dumpster was cleared multiple times. Definitely made it not worth the money for us.

The blankets that came with the pull out couch were thin and not substantial, we had to request a few more to make do. Plus the extra supplies such as paper towel, garbage bags and towels were not provided enough for 3 nights. Plus the fireplace was out of service. Overall it was comfortable quiet and did the job, just was expecting more customer service and maintained amenities for the cost.
