The chairs in the living room are worn and all the leather is peeling off. The living room fire place didn’t work. The bathrooms constantly smelt of urine from the minute we checked in and the pool water was green and reeked of chlorine (make your eyes burn) For the price of the rooms other selections will be made next time.

We’ve stayed at the Solara many times and have always enjoyed the living area and full kitchen. However, this stay was disappointing. The unit showed noticeable wear on the furniture and carpet, and overall cleanliness made me feel inclined to wear slippers the entire time. It was also quite noisy - we could hear neighbours, vehicles, and ongoing construction. The lighting in the unit was very dim, especially in one of the bathrooms. Our self check-in experience was frustrating, as we didn’t receive the proper instructions. The phone number provided in our email didn’t work, and we eventually had to ask a random person for help to get the correct contact information. We’re both tech-savvy, so the issue wasn’t due to user error. Apple AirPlay didn’t work on the TV, which was another inconvenience. On the positive side, the location is great, and several restaurants are within walking distance. We didn’t use the pool or hot tub this time. Overall, though, we left feeling disappointed with this visit.

We were all impressed with the amount of supplies that were provided for us to utilize. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The view was beautiful. The host was easy to communicate with and super kind. We loved staying here. Will definitely come back.

The property was in a great location. View was nice. We didn’t really have a mountain view which I knew when I booked. We didn’t get a chance to use the pool or hot tub so can’t comment there. The kitchen was stocked well enough for me and there were extra towels etc… for use. Very much enjoyed this property.

Left the area when others beeded helptold us all to call the #....luckily found out to go to grand rockies for help they were very friendly and helped us out. Unsure why they have 2 staff to help customers out and solara has none. Wont b back. Not our first time here. Our 3rd time.

Mountain view was awesome and the actual property was great. However, they were supposed to give us out check in code at 4pm-which we were there for then they didn't, I tried messaging (they completely ghosted me) and tried calling the number but the mail box was full. They gave the code 20 minutes late (those 20 minutes were spent worrying that we had some how been scammed) and then would not answer me about a late checkout-after all they owed me 20 minutes.
