Love this old historic hotel. The young lady who checked us in was very unfriendly but the young women at checkout was amazing. Room was beautiful but the bed and pillows were a C-.

It feels like going back in time. The woodwork and fixtures are absolutly beautiful. The rooms are very nice, we come every year to see the Christmas tree.

Beautiful old hotel. Decorated so beautifully for Christmas. Smelled heavenly!! I ordered scent they use. Front staff very friendly and helpful. Large room and comfortable bed. Lovely view of river and a riverboat from our corner room #702. Pillows a little hard for our liking and towels were pretty rough!! Corner basket for soap in shower fell off! I would definitely stay here again if in area.
