Staff was amazing Monica at the bar phenomenal! Short staffed but amazing. I wish the hot tub and Paul were usable. They were not very disappointed. I wish the bar had more options for food no nachos. You think you have nachos at a bar. One of the elevators was out of order disappointing since there was a lot of people going up and down. Literally booked this hotel for the hot tub and pool..

The location was good for my event. First encounter with staff was at the check-in desk, started off terrible and then improved. I did not complain. The room was OK nothing special but the water pressure was lousy and the shower was in need of replacement showerhead and drainage was poor I probably won’t stay there again. Times are tough and I know these housekeepers and people who work on staff at Hotel have a difficult job. I think very difficult. I do have empathy for them in these times. Thank you for letting me submit these thoughts.

Love this place - my favorite STAYcation hotel. Great food, Mangr turned on fire pit after a family reunion. Love this place! The parking needs to be monitored a little better, looked as if 2 cars may have had people sleeping in their cars.
