Breakfast was good. When I arrived at 8 pm staff was very helpful in telling me what restaurants were available in close proximity. I really appreciated walking into my room already nice and warm without having to wait an hour for desired temp.

Jen was very sweet to us and our dog. He loved her because she gave him treats. The room was big and comfortable. It was very quiet but in the middle of everything we needed. We would definitely stay there again.

Very nice property. Feels like a north woods lodge. Staff was so kind and accommodating Pool is beautiful but pool needs refinishing. Love the warm water. Rooms are very nice but toilets need to be upgraded to ada height. Many restaurant option within waking distance

Rooms are always clean, the staff is friendly and always remember us when we come to stay. The hot tub was great, we don’t usually take time to use it but we had the time and it was a clean area. Breakfast is great also. I will say, I wish they had more options like breakfast potatoes or sausage or bacon but I really can’t complain because the sausage gravy and biscuits are delish and so are the eggs!

We stay here frequently when we’re in town. Parking is easy and front desk staff is consistently excellent. Special thank you to Jen at the front desk. We stayed in room 315, on the opposite side of the section where the pool is, and it was extremely quiet. The bathroom looked like it could use a little TLC, but the room was quiet and warm and dark when we needed to sleep. In room, coffee was surprisingly good. Nice to have a breakfast as an option. We will be back!

We arrived in the later evening and once unpacked found out that the outlet needed to hook up our CPap wasn’t working. We ended up figuring out an alternative option. Last thing we needed after a long drive ! The following morning we were planning on a nice shower because we needed to get on the road early. We hadn’t noticed the previous night that there was no shower curtain in the bath/shower. Ended up washing hair in the sink !!! Definitely disappointing as we have stayed at the Revel previously. Not sure we’d like to try you again.

Staff was waiting for me when I arrived super late and greeted me happily. They were so friendly and took the time to help me with a car rental issue I’d encountered. Ahead of my arrival, they had also planned to place me in a quieter area of the hotel to avoid any noise issues from a couple groups of teens that were also staying. My room was very clean and felt a little like I was at summer camp with all the lodge decor. Hot hot hot shower water. The pool was also pretty clean, I used the hot tub and it looked like one of the workers was testing the pool water to keep it nice.

Everything throughout the hotel, including our room, was spotless. They have a beautiful pool and hot tub, also sparkling clean, plus a small but very adequate workout room and a fire pit in the evenings. The bed was extremely comfortable and the staff were super friendly and helpful. An all-around warm and inviting environment with a North Woods vibe.

Checking in was a breeze. Renee, the Chief Operating Executive, was friendly and gave me local recommendations for meals. The lobby and rooms were definitely lodge themed, which gives a welcomed break from all the "modern" hotels that lack novelty. Overall, a really nice place to stay. I will stay here again if business brings me back to the area.
