Great location, clean, helpful staff

The rooms were clean and bright. The breakfast was AMAZING, especially for a buffet. The only downside is the location. Downtown Lincoln, NE is a busy place with a lot of evening entertainment venues and a lot of traffic. Kind of hard to minimize the noise from the outside, but a great location if those are the activities you want to partake in. Would definetly stay here again.

The lady working the front desk around 6 PM on May 6th should not be working in hospitality or any customer-facing role. It was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. What was even more concerning is that another employee there, who I believe was security, implied this is a common issue with her behavior. I ended up not staying at the hotel and went to Kimpton instead. I’d strongly recommend checking the recent customer service reviews before booking here. Hopefully management takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary staff changes.

Would not stay there. Room was so bad, I left and booked a room elsewhere after moving to another room after check in.
