Won’t be back.

we couldn’t get our room below 80 degrees the entire stay it was massively uncomfortable and hot even with AC running. Hot water stopped working several times. Our room was never cleaned we had to ask for towels. The sign from the stadium across the street was so bright, the blackout curtains helped some. It was LOUD the walls are made from old tissue paper, lots of partying on our floor and road noise. The parking lot filled up several times meaning we had to park at another hotel (even though we paid for parking at ours) and walk in -10 weather. Most people at the desk seemed to be annoyed by us asking for anything. One of the worst stays I’ve ever had.

We had to pay for parking in their "secured lot" that was more like a construction site, even though there are signs saying they aren't responsible for any damages or lost property, so I'm not sure what you are paying for. Also in the morning the hot water in the shower went cold suddenly after only about 30 seconds. Had to wait for about an hour and then it was maybe room temperature.

My husband and I stayed overnight due to seeing a show near by. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and tidy. They are in the midst of re model so some reconstruction going on. Appreciated the sign letting guests. The location was convenient and were able to park and walk where we needed to go last night. Thank you for a great stay.

So part is my fault I thought I was staying at the one closer to the airport. It was in renovation there was trash everywhere and furniture in the parking lot. And they make you pay for parking. I understand it’s probably more the location. The lady was friendly not friendly.
