Excellent location walkable to all sorts of restaurants, shopping and CHI Health Center. Very safe area. Hotel was clean and well stocked with 24hr shop and amenities in rooms. Staff were polite and friendly. We didn't check out the pool. Will stay here again next time we go to a concert at CHI.

We loved that our suite was large enough to gather as a family into one room. There was plenty of floor space and having the wet bar made it easy to have a group together. We were able to walk to downtown to enjoy dinner and the Gene Leahy Mall area.

We had a one night stay here after visiting the zoo. It was very clean and all of the staff was extremely helpful! The pool was a great amenity, and we were able to find things at breakfast. There was also a ton of eating options walking distance, which was nice!

Frustrated we paid $30+ for parking overnight for hotel property we already paid a good price for staying overnight. Loveland, CO doesn't even make us do that if we have room reservation. Our room floor qaa sticky inside the door and looked like something exploded or was thrown all over back of door.
