Compare Cheap Hotels in Negeri Sembilan

Clean, roomy, great services. Right smack in Bukit Bintang and across from Pavilion Mall is a huge plus. Very convenient. We didn't pay for the breakfast buffet (Capitol Cafe near by got many breakfast options, cheaper than the buffet cost). Elevator delays sometime created headaches (which is odd, there are six available...). Overall, no issues for our 3 night stay.

Customer service is excellent. Very warm, accommodating and friendly. Room is perfect and spotless. Will make sure to only be staying at Hyatt each time we travel on Holidays or on special occasions.

Smooth reception service. Amazing view of the twin towers and convenient location.

Great room, great service, and great breakfast buffet. We stayed at an Aloft in Stuttgart but the KL Sentral Aloft was better in my opinion. I would gladly stay here, or at any Aloft facility again.

The bed was amazing and staff are very hospitable. The only problems I had were maybe that the room wasn’t cleaned thoroughly with every visit, just made the bed and changed the towel and that’s it. The staff were very kind, especially Hanisa was always very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good, I’d give it 7.5/10. We had a problem with the iPad not changing the colors but that’s not a big deal. The iPad was helpful and very techy. I loved it! Thanks for the hospitality.
