New South Wales ski resorts

It was an outstanding place. The staff went above and beyond. Could not be any happier with this hotel.

We had a club level room. The room was great. Food and drinks options at breakfast and evening were great, though the vegetarian choice in the evening could have been better. The only disappointment was the afternoon tea offer which was limited. But overall I would give it an 8.5/10.

This was a convenient location for a solo traveler. Close to public transit and very walkable.

Great location, helpful staff and comfortable room with good facilities

The hotel is well located, modern and with excellent helpful staff. There was a problem with the door key which didn’t work. I would like to give special praise to Po who is the receptionist at the Breakfast Room. Not only warm and welcoming but she remembered me and my granddaughter from a visit a month ago!! Great personal service and delighted my 5 year old that a “big person” would remember her. Well done Po. We’ll be back.

This is a good hotel for Sydney airport. It is adjacent to the international terminal, and you can walk to the international terminal easily. If you are traveling through the domestic termina, you will need to take a free airport bus between terminals. It is not possible to walk between terminals. The hotel was clean and comfortabe.
