About 3 days prior to arrival received pre checking email, completed all details including credit card with $1.00 shown on my card. On arrival the receptionist insisted on going through the full checkin procedure)with my CC again showing another $1.00) Receptionist was advised of the pre checking completion 3 occasions. The room safe wouldn't lock, reception advised, the shower rose holder did not hold the shower wand firmly moving around when turned water on spraying water on bathroom floor, TV difficult to maneuver to local stations, think perhaps battery may be on the way out. Breakfast in the restaurant fabulous, staff very friendly and obliging, one of the best breakfast displays I've experienced, fresh fruit, freshly made coffee, freshly made eggs, etc. etc. A pleasure to experience. The GM needs to be made aware of issues such as this, so issues can be addressed - otherwise the hotel is a lovely hotel, with most staff very willing, courteous and obliging.
