Hotel met our needs + nice being able to use health club facilities.

Nice hotel, but could do with an update as everything is a little dated

Eight of us stayed for three nights. The hotel was great: - Ideally located for visiting central Norwich - Staff were friendly and helpful - An old established hotel full of character - Rooms updated and clean - Good restaurant and bar

The hotel was immaculate, the staff were pleasant and it was fairly cheap for a uber into the central

A little dated now in all fairness. Shower was warm, no pressure. Decor dated but still so very retro. Could do with a freshen up. Very clean, attentive staff and I would still stay again. I'm not a picky person at all and still slept very well. Great location and plenty of parking.

Terrible check in. I was forced to handover cash in case of any damages I caused. I’m not sure who usually stays there for this to happen but I’ll not be staying again. I was told this in the T & Cs small print. If I didn’t pay i couldn’t check in and I wouldn’t get a refund from the booking.
