Staff were friendly, property is presentable, they thought of every thing. I didn't like the coffee bags but used them anyway just 1 critism broken coffee table needs attention all round my son and I had a pleasant stay

Well located apartments, have lived locally for a long time and had no idea these were here. Close to nightlife but tucked well away. Ideal location for a night or weekend in Norwich. Apartments very clean and comfortable. Would stay here again

A good spacious and comfortable room. The only things that let it down was a bad drain smell coming from the cupboard under the kitchen sink and coffee mugs that were dirty with stains. It wasn’t a great problem as they cleaned up with a good wash but just a little disappointing, it shouldn’t happen in hotel accommodation. Otherwise a very well equipped room and we would book the hotel again.

This property is next to a night club. The bass drummed through our walls and windows until 3:00 a.m. the only way to cool the room was to open the windows, which we could not do because of the noice from the night club. The property did not warn us of this before checking in and when we complained they only offered us ear plugs. We booked for two nights but after the first night (between the noise and the heat) we checked out and did not stay the second night. The hotel did not refund us for the second unused night. There are two wings to this hotel. One near the night club. If booking here, make sure to ask for the quiet wing.

Great little place to stay x

Great hotel which houses 42 self contained apartments which provides everything you need for self catering. Beds are lovely and very comfortable. Apartment was clean and tidy with a choice of a fan for warm days or heaters for colder days. Ideal location with bus stops within walking distance. Staff are very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommended

This was my second visit to Wellington apartments and once again the staff are beyond friendly and helpful and it is so convenient for the station, cathedral, river walk, and town centre. I love how walkable it is and how welcome I feel from the staff and the guests. I was horribly jet lagged after an 16 hour journey and up at 1:30 am and someone checked on me outside while I was reading my book. They are literally the nicest people.

Place needs some TLC

Two night stay. Not impressed with the accomodation, but was fine as a base. I think the photos used to promote are probably the better rooms. Ours really needed some attention. The only positive things I can say are that the staff were polite & helpful, and the bed was comfortable.
