I spent my honeymoon and was greeted with champagne and an assorted dish of chocolate-covered strawberries and other goodies. The room was very spacious and clean excellent breakfast and the Resturants were convenient with a wide assortments I will definitely stay here again and recommend the Riu. It

I requested late check out when I checked in. We agreed on a set time. I was called twice during the extended time and housekeeping attempted to enter between those calls. Their communication is poor and the staff were hardly apologetic, except for the housekeeper. Evidently a notation for late check out wasn’t made or it wasn’t read by the staff.

First of all I was a little disappointed that hardly anyone on a property spoke English,😡 I didn't know that before I booked it. The breakfast buffet, was off the hook a lot of choices food was great. The hallway on the way to the elevator from the 4th floor was quite dirty. My room was great everything was good inside there, but their window to look out over the city was very dirty.

The pool Is on maintenance, my room had 2 water bottles one was open already I called so they could change it but it never happened. Also the toilet had a stain it look like not watched properly.
