Wonderful hotel with impeccably clean and beautiful rooms, great food and a fantastic staff. From the moment you walk into the hotel you feel the luxury of every space and the warmth and kindness of the staff. We were treated to an upgraded room and a delicious chocolate cake for our anniversary celebration. We had celebrated our anniversary there the year before and loved it so much we just had to return despite the recent political turmoil. Our second experience was even better than the first and we can't wait to return next year. Treat yourself to this fantastic hotel, you'll enjoy every moment!

The hotel is absolutely gorgeous. Everything is kept immaculate, from the room to the lobby and everything in between. The staff are all incredibly friendly, the amount of dining options is mind blowing, and the best part is that the whole experience is very affordable, especially when comparing to anything you would get in Europe or the United States.

La habitación es amplia, con todo lo necesario para una estancia confortable. Me encantó su “punto del café”, siempre me dejaron café y té suficiente para disfrutar luego de una tarde/noche de paseo.
