The staff here are fantastic. Unfortunately I dont remember all their names but from check-in to breakfast to restaurant to concierge everyone was great - helpful and wonderful to deal with. very centrally located property. Had all the main facilities available and were great with kids with allergies

Hotel is great, convenient area etc. Check-in wasn't brilliant, Expedia status not recognised until I got in touch with Expedia, after which it was resolved, but I sat in reception for 90 minutes until it was.

The staff are the highlight of this hotel, extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast is also good and in general the hotel is well kept. The only issue I found was that the room did not have a smart TV, there was no way of connecting my devices wirelessly which I would expect in a hotel of the calibre

The experience to stay in the hotel was amazing. The staff is excellent and very helpful. All our requests were heard and considered. The breakfast was amazing so was the SPA and restaurants in the hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean.

The hotel is beautiful and close to downtown Dubai. The staff are friendly. Shout out to Hamdi's front desk and Kamar the luggage man. The hostess at P2 restaurant's morning buffet was unpleasant. On my last day ( 4/21/25) I asked the hostess if I could buy a hot tea because I have a tour guide about to pick me up. She said yesterday you wondered the same thing and I gave you for free. I said I have never asked you to give me for free, I asked you to buy a hot tea to go. She humiliated me by saying that. I was willing to pay $6 for hot tea. Radisson management should train her attitude toward the guests and should let hotel guests buy coffee or tea in the morning. She should not look down on guests and think we wants something for free. She needs to lose her attitude.

The hotel was very nice but what could have made it better was to have more family friendly activities. The pool was quite poor Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Great location except there’s a lot of construction around the area so can be noisy (obviously not the hotel’s fault)

They offered free water and instant coffee packets/hot choc/ tea. Room service for towels was quick There is some sort of club attached to the hotel and it’s too loud can’t sleep at night There is also a popular restaurant with people loud at 4am, I could t get sleep. 3/5 overall
