Very professional, friendly and accommodating hotel staff. The room was nice, clean and spacious. Comfortable little pastry lounge in the lobby area (the Carrot cake was so delicious) I observed a hair salon next to the elevator. The location was close to allot of attractions as well.

The hotel was nice and rooms were provided with complimentary water, towels and toiletries. Staff were very nice, friendly and helpful and attended to you when required. I had a standard room with views of construction work which wasn’t great, I was on the 19th floor. I ordered room service twice which arrived in the specified time, food was ok but expensive. Breakfast was good, a wide variety of food and juices. The only thing about this hotel that annoyed me was the pool was tiny compared to what is advertised when booking - this is very deceiving. There is a shuttle bus that goes to the Dubai mall and kite beach but only twice a day, it would be good to have more times as the first bus is 10am which means you’re rushing breakfast to get that, I only used the service once and used taxis instead. I used the bar on P3 terrace which was nice, overlooking the waterfront, it was quiet as not so busy, great to sit and relax with a nice cocktail - you can see the top of the burj kalifah only as other buildings block views. On my last night I noticed a water leak from the ceiling outside of my room which was concerning and the maintenance team tried to sort it. I stayed for 5 nights and overall enjoyed my stay at the hotel.

From the moment I arrived, the hotel was beyond my expectations. Arrived early but the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and happiness. The hotel had elegant decor and the room was clean and luxurious. Ameer from Rayna Tours provided excellent tour options which were truly a once in a lifetime experience. Breakfast was deliciously exquisite and the personalized service was impeccable. Met breakfast attendant Khalid Karadisi on the first day and he remembered my name every single time I entered the breakfast area. He was extremely polite, well mannered and offered superb service which was second to none. This made my stay extremely comfortable and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a luxurious and unforgettable vacation in Dubai. 5 stars!"
