Very average Hotel - not worth cost

It was just ok, not amazing, tired property with a very tired kids club. They might want to invest in toys that aren’t broken. The only pro is the use of the other hotels and water park nearby. But in general expensive for very average

Great hotel

Wonderful stay at a lovely hotel. Had everything we wanted. Breakfast was very good a lot of choices. Pool areas were well looked after. Rooms spacious and extremely clean. Customer service from all Members of staff was excellent.

Lovely resort and facilities at the Meridien but also use of facilities next door at the Westin. The staff at the main restaurant for breakfast and dinner in the Meridien were great, particularly one of the supervisors Napoleon who took care of everyone. The staff at tbe pool bars and towel area were great aswell. Overall a great location, service and hotel
