The hotel is extremely comfortable and well maintained! The staff is amazing. Beautiful property. One of the best resorts we’ve stayed. Each morning I looked forward to the breakfast buffet. Especially the pho! We had the pleasure of experiencing three different rooms. The pool access was by far our best room!

The standout feature of this resort is undoubtedly the staff—they were impeccable, friendly, and went above and beyond. During our stay, I unfortunately developed a slight stomachache, and the team was incredibly supportive. They sent a care box to the room and even offered nurse support, which was a very thoughtful touch. However, there were some drawbacks. The food was generally average and quite expensive, essentially Australian prices. We also found the resort to be very isolated, making it tricky to leave the grounds and explore with kids. For families, we felt there wasn't nearly enough to do. The activities for kids were limited with very few options to keep them entertained. While the service is world-class, the lack of variety and the isolated location make it a tough choice for an active family holiday.
