Room was run down and unclean. Shower did not work. Moved to another room same floor, it was slightly more updated and definitely cleaner. No apologies. No signage on bldg indicating Wyndham, not sure it really is part of that chain. Certainly not a well cared for property. Does provide a free airport shuttle and the room price was decent.

Man outside our room in hallway yelling at another person using F word every other word. 3 different times. About 15 minutes each time last was about 10PM. Was ready to call front desk. We had to get up at 3AM to catch an early flight.

The room smelled like smoke and something else even when we kept the window open it still smelled like smoke. The bathroom toilet holder was broke. The refrigerator was not completely cleaned.

Great staff but needs updating

The hotel is by the airport and very convenient. There are several food options within walking distance and the hotel breakfast offers hot food options, although it was the same scrambled eggs and sausage for every day I was there. The staff was great and very helpful. The room has seen better days though. It had peeling paint in the bathroom, a toilet that doesn't flush easily (requiring multiple flushes), and a shower insert that had lost most of its coating. Everything was very clean though. The biggest issue was the carpet, which turned my feet and socks black from walking across it. Since I was only using it as a place to sleep, I just wore socks when I was in the room. Other than that, it was reasonably quiet (planes fly over because it's right by the airport) and everyone was helpful.

The TV did not work. Toilet seat and toilet paper holder broken. Only a few sheets of toilet paper left and no extra rolls in room. Call would not go through to request more so has to walk to front desk to replenish myself. Mold/mildew on bathroom ceiling above tub.

Thankfull but looking forward to next time

I believe that there's always room for improvement and even though the attention & the service off the employee was very attentive & appreciate. The building need some update or upgrade like the air conditioner maintained, the carpets may need some TLC, some other details, but thanks for all the amenities and looking forward to continuing doing business with you in the near future.
