The location was good for our needs, it seems to be in a very safe place. The room is quite large and the bed was comfortable and spacious but we noticed a couple stains on the sheets that we only noticed at the end of our stay :( There was a room a few doors down with some loud people, kinda partying Saturday night. The key cards seem to fail frequently, we had to get new keys 2 times in our 2 night stay … so if you’re parking in the back of the building to use the side door closer to your room, be prepared to walk all the way around since your key will most likely fail. But overall the stay was good. Just want to put this out there so improvements can be made! I would comeback to give it another try.

The only problem with the hotel was the location of the elevator, it was at the opposite end of the hotel from where the front desk is. Very inconvenient.

This property is old and in need of update. We were here 4 nights and never received house keeping service as we leave our room mid afternoon. Stay one mile up the road at the new Sonesta property...I thought I had reserved it and ended up here

The gentleman checking us in was beyond amazing!! He made our stay! We were in a quiet area on the first floor with a patio. Everything was clean and nice, they did run our of towels on Saturday night but other than that no complaints!

Rooms were clean. Checking in and out was quick and easy. No continental breakfast (had to pay only between 6:30 and 9:30 with no prices listed anywhere) Coffee was available as "Starbucks" but tasted like typical Folgers. Cash bar, again no prices listed anywhere and in the room it was stated only available from 5 to 7 but at the front desk, upon checkout, it was stated as being open to 11. Pool water was dirty and when we left for the day and returned housekeeping hasn't changed garbage bags or replenished coffee and towels. For the price it was just okay but definitely could have been better
