This was a very modern hotel. The kids liked the fact the pool was open until 11 PM so even if we were out all day, they still had a chance to swim as far as amenities go. The breakfast is very minimal. The first morning was just some cereal and bagels and muffins the next morning there was eggs and bacon, but that was about it. The rooms are very nice, but I think they’re understaffed on the housekeeping as there were messes in the hallway that weren’t being picked up on the daily

my first night my toilet was backup up and when i went to the front desk he just handed me a plunger. than when i told him that the refrigerator wasn't working he said to just look for a button (which didn't exist). the next day i complained to the front desk and they gave me a new room. why this didn't happen that night when i was tired from travel i do not know.

Staff was kinda rude at check in. Our room wasn't quite ready which was fine we were willing to wait but the desk clerk kept trying to push a double queen room when we wanted a king which is what we reserved. Manager them confirmed a king room was available so we went to out room. Disappointed they're was no fridge or microwave. Halls had trash in them. Elevator only available on one side of building so if your room isn't close there is a lot of walking or you have to take the stairs.
