Th staff and the beautiful design of the hotel. The only drawback is the fact that the room door is not big enough to block out the hallway’s bright lights. As a result, the room stayed very bright at night. It was hard to fall asleep. The breakfast is not the greatest. There are no options beside scrambled eggs and the stuff that are on the buffet tables.

We love coming to the Bellmoor in December. We go shopping and to restaurants and then love to come back to our quiet Inn (we like to call it "home") for tea and relaxing in the library. The spa and breakfast were wonderful as always. My only complaint is that as I understand you need to evolve to stay in business, the addition of the bar with the football game on in the middle of our quiet Inn was a bit of a change that was unwelcome. There were definitely a lot more people staying there than I can remember during this weekend, but usually it doesn't affect the experience as much. It just doesn't feel as homey anymore.
