The area and the apartment are amazing and very chic. The black point is the employees, especially at the front desk. They were very rude with us when we arrived. because we are French they probably thought that we did not speak English very well but we live in NY ans we understood what they said! I did not appreciate. well we were on vacation so I forgot it ... the other black point was at our departure : my husband asked if we could leave our room at 11.30 because I was sink during all the night and a doctor came during the night I really hope that the manager will accept my request but not !

Cheryl was great to work with. She had great suggestions for me and let me look like a tourist when I came down to the front desk to venture out downtown with my mom. I'm a bit of a preppy girl so dead give away. Perfect time of year to visit Key West and the Beach House had a local feel to it. I didn't feel like I was with a bunch of tourists on the property. Everyone is super chill and would just walk up and start a conversation. I loved that because I have the same type of personality. Sunset on their dock was absolutely gorgeous and the Tiki Bar food is excellent. Roosters and the who who bird that gave great ambience. Evenings by the water listening to the calm with an occasional splash was worth every minute of my time there. A memory I hope to never forget and a place I hope to return to in the near future.

The unit was clean and the staffs were very friendly - exception they tried to charge me twice for my stay when I already paid upfront online. The AC in the unit is also very loud, so if you are a light sleeper it maybe an issue for you. The "beach" is just a small area with sand, not somewhere you cam swim or go into the water.

The property is nice but gives a retirement home feel. Everything, including the tiki bar/restaurant closes at 7. Nothing within walking distance is open either. The rooms are clean, beds comfortable, staff was nice.

The overall stay was ok , checkout time was 10:00 a.m , and cleaning crew knocked on our door at 9:25 a.m. asking if we were done in room , um no we have until 10 , they proceeded to ask 3 more times. Finally at 9:45 we left room. Really annoying.
