Perfect for the family stay

It was overall good service. We asked to switch the room that was assigned to, got on the main floor. It helped a lot specially with kids and lots of stuff in the car to move. The location is nice, close to the restaurant so was easy to dine out as well.

Place was nothing fancy but was recently renovated and clean. Building was cinder block construction so very quiet. 10 out of 10 would definitely stay here again.

Beds had pillow tops on them. One side was comfy snd I fell asleep nicely. Had to move to other side if bed for hubby and didnt sleep as well. Kept waking up. Pillows firm. I like mine soft and fluffy so cant complain. Easy check in, very nice reception staff. Full size fridge and ice box to freeze our ice packs. Good price. Would stay again.

Renovated, clean, well- equipped, quiet.

Surprised that they had already charged the room to my credit card before I arrived, but that's OK. Desk lamp bulb burned out, and only a few tissues were in the box. Everything else was fine. I would stay there again.

Room was stuffy when we entered and before turning on the AC we needed to clean the filter. Lots of extra pillows and blankets and the coffee was pretty good.

One staff member was very friendly and helpful and checkin was easy. The other staff member does not appear to understand English or is just very unpleasant. The towels were great, and the large TV and large fridge were awesome. The dresser the TV was on was not clean and even though I reported it the manager said it was clean. It took me about 15 minutes to scrape the goop off. There was a lot of hair in the bathroom on the floor and on the floor heater beside the toilet which was also covered in dust. Even through we had the Do Not Disturb sign out they were knocking persistently at our door at 930 am. Checkout is advertised as 11 am. Parking is tight and there are a lot of rough looking workers living there, therefore not the best place for small children. The shower head is installed at about 5’6” therefore it’s not a great shower experience for anyone near 6’. The beds were very worn and soft and we left with very sore backs. It’s ok if you just want a cheap hotel but you get what you pay for.

Pleasantly surprised at how clean the room was. My only suggestion is that the glass bricks above the air conditioner in our room could have a curtain. The light was super bright and shone right to the head of the bed. Minor inconvenience that I temporarily fixed by suctioning the non skip shower mat to the window! Would definitely stay again.
