The lobby and reception area is under construction and so there is a makeshift check in, in one of the suites with hand made signs directing you. It looks really unprofessional and for lack of a better term sketchy. However, the room was clean and had everything I needed but the first impression was not great

My family and I had booked 3 rooms. They hadn’t been dusted in quite awhile. The dust was think on many things in the rooms. There was used tissues between the bed and nightstand. The doors didn’t close properly and one room the door frame was completely broke. It fell apart when we opened the door to the hallway

No elevator to go to the second floor.. I refuse the room as I am 74 and will not take stairs with a suitcase. Gave me a room on the main floor. Did not feel secure with both doors. The mattress definitely need replacing.... hardly sleep.... could not wait to get out in the morning... Did not want to stay 2 more nights. Very disapointing....
