Convenient, clean, comfortable, a tad boring.

It’s bland and generic, but comfortable and well located (short walk from pretty much everything but quiet in the evening). Very easy access via the Dublin express buses. Disappointing selection of Nescafé instant coffee sachets in the room (although herbal teabags were provided on request from the bar) - it’s things like this that make you wonder if you’re staying in a Travelodge… honestly quite hard to separate these brands.

Pricey but good location and nice staff

It is a basic hotel and a basic room with not much in the way of views (don’t upgrade to a river view - not worth it). It is on the pricey side even for Dublin. The location is good so that is definitely a plus. Easy walk to Connolly Train Station. Close to Trmple Bar. Pretty easy drive to airport. Was surprised breakfast was not included for the price we paid.

After checking in around 21:30hrs, went up to the room but there was no bottled water, when i rang reception and asked night manager Cherlten if i could have some water he told me i could use the taps in the toilet, apparently tap water from the toilet in Dublin is drinkable, he wasnt polite at all about it, how is it possible that Hilton Hotel doesnt offer complimentary water upon arrival, I wouldn’t have minded if the water was charged to my room, always used Hilton hotel when travelling the world but im sorry to say this stay was disappointing, the staff were rude especially the chef cooking omelette and pancakes

Property was very clean although you could see it was an older building by some wear and tear to the rooms and hallways. Most attractions were walkable and it was conveniently located. The only small issue I had was that when the wind was blowing it would actually blow through the windows in the room. This may not be an issue in the summer but during winter this being very inefficient for maintaining Heat

A comfortable room but given it’s the Hilton some things were not up to standard - tv volume control was fixed so low that we couldn’t hear a movie at all - and two days in a row no milk was replaced for tea and coffee - when I rang room service it took nearly an hour for someone to bring some - small things but not at a ‘Hilton’ standard .

Our room (2 queen beds and family area) was very comfortable and quite. Check-in was easy and fast; Breakfast buffet was great and varied and although it is not located at the city center, it was a 15-20 min walk from there. The only complaint was that in the bathroom we found one of the towels was dirty with makeup from previuos guests.
