The service was wonderful and staff were so helpful and great, but are room was very dirty not vacuum in a while very dusty, my friend found a unused pad on the floor which didn't impress us at all,but the staff were excellent, if in the area again probably would stay again but would check room first

Hotel is old and very run down, house cleaning only comes every three days, had to get fresh towels from reception. Breakfast is ceral and ceral bars only along with coffee. Staff was very friendly and admitted building needed upgrads.

The floor above us was thunderously creaky, I imagine it's something like what being a passenger in a wooden ship during the 1500s in an intense storm would have been like. When our upstairs neighbor decided to start his day at 4am, we were forced to do so as well. At least they moved us to the upper level for our second night.

The staff was extremely helpful, but the rooms were small as compared to any other hotel rooms and it was a little bit smelly. The ventilation was also not that great & no elevator access. But the staff was very nice and were helping any way possible.

The room and hallway are infested with ants. They are in the beds and on the furniture. The room was dirty. Cheeto on the floor and other random food. The toilet runs for a good two minutes before stopping. The window screen is duct taped.

Property is run down, but clean. Sketchy neighborhood, with many vagrants in the garbage cans. The grocery cart graveyard out back was interesting. There was no real options for breakfast ( not free, included in the $200 fee). Unfortunate that the ice machine has been down for over a year

Staff are always friendly and helpful. Very welcoming to pets. Staff helped resolve a noise issue. The person next door to us had a very loud voice which went on for hours and we were unable to sleep until we complained. He finally stopped at midnight.
