Very friendly staff. The greating was the best. They knew our arrival time, airport shuttle was ready to pick us up. Facility is beautiful and very relaxing. Yhe water view is astonishing. I did not like that the beach area has rocks and could not swim in the water but did not affect our stay and overall was great experience.

Property was in a perfect location for us. Pool area was a lot of fun. Staff was very friendly. The only criticism is on the showers in the room. The shower head and faucet could definitely be updated. Definitely not a deal breaker though. We still had a wonderful time!

The hot tub was out and they didn’t tell us. Except for the housekeeping staff everyone was rude. We were the only black family at that hotel and we felt every bit of that. The stares and rude staff made it apparent we were not supposed to be there. The place was extremely clean and quiet even tho there were lots of families. They had a shuttle that took u near Duval st where all the tourist go.

Stay away if you can! The place is so beaten up and overall in a horrible condition! The pool is a disaster and the seating pillows are disgustingly dirty and stained. Everything inside the room is beaten up and the shower curtains are so disgusting!

Service was great and very friendly. This is a great value as rooms are very spacious. Beatiful grounds, nice pool and beach across the street. It’s not walkable to Duval but a very convenient shuttle service!

Relaxed and chill hotel

A pretty hotel with a laidback relaxed vibe. Very clean and all workers were super friendly and helpful. The Resturant and bar was very good and made great drinks. The pool area was clean and fun but pool was a bit small for us. The hot tube happen to be broken when we were there. The tropical courtyard area was lovely and we loved that a full on gorgeous beach was right across the street complete with chairs and umbrellas and floats to rent. We really had a nice stay at this hotel.

The staff were amazing!! Super friendly and helpful! Our room was clean and updated. The location is nice but not as close as it appears to walk places. You can rent bikes however to get around. There are very few restaurants close other than the onsite bar which has a limited menu and was just ok. Wish there was a private beach area with seating so you don’t have to pay for lounge chairs. Overall we had a great experience and would stay again.

Shuttle service was nice to get around, but must be at the shuttle very very early otherwise it fills up quickly and they only run once per hour. Overall a great stay! Would definitely recommend and come back here.
