Customer service was excellent. The asst manager on duty cleaned our room perfectly. The hotel needs to be updated with new mattresses and pillows. Breakfast was just ok

The staff we're absolutely amazing. 😍 Made us feel right at home. The staff member who works the night shift, and is tasked with breakfast prep, asked my kids which waffle mix to make in the morning 🌄 and sure enough when we got ready to make our waffles! They were perfect and exactly what the kiddos Respectfully Requested! The 🍋 water in the lobby was a Refreshing hit. Being only a hop skip and a jump from the lobby, my family and I must of drank us a gallon of that sweet nectar of the Quality Inn and suites and am happy to report there were no cases of scurvy as a result! 🙏 Thank y'all for making our stay a great one! We look forward to doing it again soon 😀

This hotel, including my room, was atrocious. The lobby was infested with flying bugs, and the general condition was filthy. My room also had flying bugs, and a disgusting odor of urine, must and possibly smoke. The furniture and carpet was filthy, there were crumbs on and in the refrigerator and other places, the toilet was not secured to the floor, the TV remote was cobbled together with tape.. I had a severe headache the next morning and my daughter not I were able to rest. My daughter and I spent the night only because the reception desk said they were sold out, and it was very late when we arrived (after midnight), so we were unable to find another hotel. We abandoned the rest of our stay the next day and found a clean hotel in La Quinta not far away. My photos wouldn't load, but I'm happy to send them separately.

Enjoyed our getaway in Durant Oklahoma

We really enjoyed our stay at Durant Quality Inns and Suites, when we walked in we were greeted with smiles and very friendly front desk attendance very helpful and welcoming. I was very pleased to find that our room accommodations were just like we wanted them per our reservations it was a stress free check in the rooms were nice and clean, they answered all our questions that we had and also gave suggestions on attractions that made our stay enjoyable. Breakfast was nice, we love the choice of the cable provider lots of things to watch on television, bed was very comfortable everything was conveniently located around the hotel, lots of restaurants, Choctaw Casino, Lake Texoma which was great we really enjoyed our stay would recommend to everyone.

Needs improvement

They let me check in 30 minutes early. I wanted a 1st floor room because they don't have elevators. I could smell stall carpet in the hallways. Thr ice machine stopped working on Saturday and I told the front desk they said go to the 2nd floor. I cant walk upstairs thats why i wanted the 1st floor to stay. The carpet needs replaced in the rooms. I feel the tooms were expensive for the out dated hotel.
