Overall, it was a lovely resort. There were a couple staff members that went above and beyond to make the stay enjoyable.
There were a number of issues with cleanliness on the property, and deterorating, quality that we expected from Deerhurst.
We expected pool activities, like inflateables for the kids on the water, as the website showed, but were informed that these were removed.
Check-in was well understaffed. We waited in a line for more than a half hour AFTER we did the check-in outside and receiving a text that our room was ready, and just needed our keys.
The balcony was covered in black mold or dirt so badly, that were were afraid to go on it.
There were other problems we encountered, but nothing so bad that we didn't still enjoy ourselves.
