Understaffed and unprepared, prepare to be dissapointed. Room was not ready by 4pm, some in our party could not enter their room until 7pm. Pool closed due to unsafe condition. Elevator was out of order. Desk staff did the best they could, but I will avoid this hotel in future.

We places three requests, one to be away from the elevator and this was done. Thank you The next was a request for extra towels and this did not happen. Last we ask for the first floor and were told the whole floor was shut down for "renos or something" she said...I didn't feel well were given the correct reason. However, no problem. Unfortunately the was not ampul parking. Have drive around and around then wait for a spot to become clear. Perhaps have snow removal done.

Was disappointed. Have stayed many times and always had a great experience. This time my coffee was broken. No face cloths in the bathroom. Hand towels had stains. Will stay here again as the service is impeccable. But someone dropped the ball in the details of room cleanliness.

Trying somewhere else next time

Stay was ok. Room was fairly clean however I did not realize that my door did not close properly. If you pulled it hard enough when you left the room it would close and latch. If you slammed it from the inside it would not. The only thing that kept people from coming in my room when I was there was the little flip bar on the door. Bathroom door also did not stay closed. Could not change rooms as there was a cross country skiing race going on in town and the hotel was full. The hotel seems a little old and in need of an update.
