I have been to the casino and steakhouse several times (always a good time and amazing food) but this was my first time staying in the hotel. The room was larger than expected for a standard room, very clean and comfortable. Shockingly quiet too! We were right by two rooms of a “boys’ weekend” party and even though they were having a great time, we barely heard them! Overall, a lovely stay.

The overall stay for our family was horrible. No housekeeping the whole three days we were there you had to request it & when we requested the amount of towels etc we needed we weren’t given that amount. The beds looked like they were not clean! Parking was $10 a night which was okay I guess. The staff were rude when checking in & when asked directions around hotel. The best part of the hotel was the swimming area but the chlorine was VERY STRONG ! I wouldn’t stay here again!

The breakfast needs an upgrade, pool area needs work. One hot tub down along with some wall damage. Rooms need to be cleaned better (at least our room did) and the toilet in room 315 needs some serious help (clogged every other flush even if you were simply just flushing the toilet) Hotel I’m guessing knew about the issue as when we went to go to front desk and opened our door someone had put a plunger outside the door for us already. We paid $148 for a night and it was not worth the price. I’ve stayed here before a few times and it was good. This trip not so much. I did let staff know about the toilet when leaving just in case and in hopes they fix it for the next guests or don’t allow anyone to book it until it’s fixed. Wasn’t sanitary and actually pretty gross to have to do it multiple times for a family in there.
