The heater/AC cover was falling off, so I put it back in place. I then removed the filters to discover they had possibly NEVER been cleaned and had black mold on them. I cleaned them myself.
The refrigerator freezer had a drip tray that had also never been emptied so the entire fridge was not working properly due to frost build up that linited the size of the freezer by half or more. I defrosted the freezer and the refrigerator worked much better and the freezer had double the space.
The smoke/CO2 alarm expired in 2017. It is now 2025.
Fruit flies were breeding in the P traps of the sink and bathtub. I asked for some bleach to remedy the issue. I received less than a cup. I bought a jug at the dollar store for $2.50 so I could properly disinfect the traps and gave the front desk the receipt. They didn’t even offer to reimburse the $2.50! After a couple nights of filling the P traps with bleach the fruit flies were gone.
The door did not close properly/on it's own. Had to pull or push it closed to ensure it locked.
WiFi was extremely weak. The smart TV in the room would not connect, neither would my laptop.
Garbage littered the property. It was never cleaned up in the 3 weeks I spent there.
Continental breakfast is useless to most working people seeing that it opens at 6am. Feel like that was by design. Never was able to take of advantage of that even once.
Housekeeping shut the heat off everytime they made the bed up. Massive air leak/draft around the Heat/AC unit.
