The staff are lovely. The hotel is clean. The room we stayed in was on floor 1. Right by the traffic lights. So being busy time of year. The noise from the traffic was really loud. Motor bikes stopping at light and buses kept us up a bit. The room other than that was great. Nicer pillows are needed and maybe a thicker duvet. But that’s personal choices. We would really recommend this hotel. The location is great. The bed was comfortable.

The continental breakfast selection was limited and both times I ordered a hot breakfast the eggs were not cooked as requested and toast delivered very burnt (charred)! The room was spacious and very comfortable and clean; well stocked with tea/coffee etc

The style of the Malmaison hotels is something I love. Very comfortable rooms, staff were all very helpful and friendly. The location brilliant, restaurant food was excellent. The only let down was the service in the bar, absolutely loved the decor and ambience there but service was very slow, tables not cleared of glasses, spoiled the experience
