Professional, experts in hotel customer service, ease of checking and checkout, the breakfast was delicious (fresh scrambled eggs, bacon, orange juice, coffee, fresh fruit, fresh bagels and cream cheese), the rooms were clean, I could turn up the heat to stay warm, it was quiet on both sides of the hotel so it doesn’t matter where you stay. Thank you to all the staff!

Front end staff were all amazing and friendly . Hotel was clean, room was clean, breakfast was good and good variety. Kids enjoyed Pool and water slide. As an adult would liked water a little warmer or a hot tub but that’s just me being picky lol! Otherwise great experience, will definitely stay here again.

Room good condition. Breakfast gross rotten fruit which sucked i had surgery we were both tired and were depending on the hotel breakfast. Yogurt was warm fruit horrid. We had so much noise loud music above us we went to Hilton west it was way better experience.
