This hotel was a let down for sure. Being a Radisson, I had higher expectations. Our room was old and had a dirty sock left from previous visitors. One of the outlets was falling off the wall, which was a huge safety concern. When our room was cleaned, they only made one bed and the other bed was left untouched. The elevator was old and dirty. The only good part of this stay was the food at the restaurant and the Chef was friendly, came out to talk to us and make us feel special. We will not be returning to this hotel.

The room was clean when we arrived. However after first night housekeeping forgot to leave clean towels. After second night they left towels but didn’t clean room or make beds.

We liked the property overall, but you can tell there are lots of renovations going on. Once those get fixed- it’ll be great. The staff were great and quick to action requests (we were missing a shower curtain and within a few hours it was all sorted).
