Your front desk clerks were very friendly. Our room was clean however there was Luke warm water only so unable to shower. The beds and pillows were very uncomfortable and led to difficulty getting to and staying asleep.i woke up with a sore back and my friend had sore hip. There was no fan in bathroom ceiling and it was very loud when you turned bathroom light on. Little things such as poor painting,trim work,rusty toilet paper holder etc kinda gave a person a less nice hotel experience. The man working the restaurant at hotel was rude and miserable which other guests stated was his usual demeanour.Although this man leases the restaurant he still leaves your guest with poor impression of facility. When booking online it stated there was a breakfast included which there isn’t-false advertising. Things such as missing paint around elevators etc leave an impression of an unkempt facility.

I was booked to a wrong radisson location. I specifically booked at radisson edmonton airport..upon arrival at the hotel i learned that i was booked at radisson west edmonton which i did not choose. I chose radisson airport due to our early morning flight. If only i knew this would happen i should have booked at windham or holiday inn. I have been staying many times at the adjacent Park Inn by radisson so i know the place very well.Nour, the expedia agent tried his best to fix the issue and im hoping this will be fixed. Radisson has been my preferred hotel in YEG or in YYC. Hopefully i will be compensated for the mix up. Right now we are checked-in at windham for our early flight tomorrow

The hotel was clean and nice love the views from the 6th floor we could see the city.The only thing I didn’t like was that the elevator was not working for two days so we had to walk up and down the stairs from the 6th floor and our last day we had to walk down stairs with our luggages but all and all we had a good stay.

It was a terrible experience for my family. We couldn’t sleep for two days straight because the neighbours were so loud yelling swearing in front of my kids. It was such a bad experiment.
