The worst continental breakfast ive had anywhere. Only apples or orange for fruit option, not even a banana, only white bread, not even boiled eggs. The room carpeting was stained, no fan in the bathroom so steam remained on the mirror. Wall around door and the door were not cleaned regularly, stiil had drips of something on it.

Old, no kleenex, lack of toiletries, snobby staff, most annoying bfast. No coffee no tea or water as well as juice. Will never check in again there and never recommend it to others. Thanks.

The hotel smelt strongly of marijuana. The walls, the doors the flooring was all dirty and very outdated. Walls were paper thin, could hear the guest next door clearly and they were not loud. At first entry I was greeted very poorly. Poor eye contact, no enthusiasm and the people at the front began talking in their native language while serving me. This hotel is poorly maintained . Exposed wires from the ceiling in the hallway.

Downgraded to a double from Queen

When checking in was told that they had no more queen bed rooms which I had booked and then claimed to upgrade me to a room with two double beds. As a solo traveller this was a downgrade in my opinion. I booked the larger bed for myself. It was take the down grade or go find somewhere else to stay and loose my room I paid for with no refund. So I took that. run down and loud hotel
