The bed, pillows and blankets were very comfortable. Unfortunately, the fan on the heater, in heat mode, was blowing cold air on me when it turned on. I got up in the middle of the night and grabbed a bath towel to cover my head. Breakfast was good. Staff were excellent

I enjoy staying in the kitchette units. Find they are very clean. The front counter staff especially April are very welcoming and helpful. My most recent stay was not the greatest although due to the condition of the parking lot. It is hard to keep on top of with all the freeze and thaw that we have been going through but the parking lot and the walkways were absolutely treacherous. I slipped and fell on the ice and sustained multiple bruises and needed medical care for my shoulder (x-rays, sling, perscriptions and upcoming MRI). The girls at counter helped in anyway they could wich was fantastic but never once did management even so much as reach out to see if i was ok or offer any assistance. I wasnt looking to be comped for my stay or anything like that but some communication from management would have been appreciated. Very disappointed in the management of the facilties for that and the condition of the parking lot. May never return for those reasons alone.

Highly recommended!

I have stayed at most of the Hotels in Edson and was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness, convenient location, breakfast, and friendly helpful staff. Parking available outside my room door was great with a grocery store next door. Highly recommended!

Comfy and Clean - Great Service

This place was clean and affordable. It's not the newest place, but I felt comfortable and safe travelling on my own. The lady at the front desk was very pleasant and even asked if I wanted to move into the main building as opposed to the one across the parking lot. If you're picky or looking for something fancy, I'd say pass. But if you just want a comfy, clean place with a breakfast and lovely staff this is for you!
