Great for a stop along hwy 10

Bed was vibrating when i went to bed. Not sure what from. It had stopped when i woke up in the night. Pillows were very small. Shower didnt drain well. Easy access from hwy 10. Breakfast was suffcient. Check-in and out was fast , friendly and helpful.

We arrived very late but there was someone at the desk to assist us, room was very modern and clean. Bathroom was clean and stay was quiet. It was a very cold and windy night and in the bathroom was cold due to the wind coming from the window. I placed a towel on the bottom of the bathroom window and that seemed to work. Other than that, it was an excellent stay!

After a post midnight checkin after a grueling day of travel, the air/heat unit broke in the middle of the night with a loud screeching and grinding sound. It was hard to get back to sleep after that jolt. We reported it & the morning & clerk said ok. No discount, apology, any type of action to compensate for the disturbance or create customer satisfaction. The was supposed to be a shuttle but we had to pay for cabs because it only runs 8-4 weekdays only.

I stayed 1 night, left my truck at QI and was shuttled to the airport, having been assured I could expect a shuttle back to the motel at the end of my trip, for a 2nd night’s stay. Not ONE EMPLOYEE BOTHERED TO MENTION THAT THEIR SHUTTLE SERVICE STOPPED AT 4 PM. My flight landed at 8pm. After 22 hours of overseas travel, I had no way to reach QI and my vehicle without a $23 taxi, and I had to wait over 30 minutes for that in an unsafe, deserted airport. No vending machine, and I was starving. My first stay here, the soda machine was empty. I will never ever stay here again, and will share what happened to me for and wide.
